• Any other relevant info (lawsuits pending, vehicles you own, etc.)
Thirty days after filing your Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you will have a hearing in front of the trustee at a meeting of creditors. After sixty more days, your discharge can be entered. If handled correctly by a qualified attorney, your entire process can be completed within 90 days.
